Sony Reader PRS-505 Review

The Sony PRS-505 supersedes the PRS-500 and there have been some welcomed changes implemented. On an aesthetic level the 505 offers more choices in case colour. The higher contrast screen is whiter for more comfortable reading and the images can be enjoyed in better quality with 8 versus 4 grey scales. The Sony PRS-500 Portable Reader System does get a hesitant thumbs up for it’s performance as an e-book reader as well as reader of other docs.
